Working for Headway WM can be both challenging and rewarding. You need to be hard working, committed, empathetic and have a good sense of humour.   Working with brain injured people and their families can provide useful experience for those wanting to progress their careers or to people looking for a lifetime vocation.

Headway WM has continued to expand and develop steadily over the years and we now employ around 30 paid staff as well as some 40 unpaid volunteers. This means that paid positions become available due to people moving on and the introduction of new posts.

We operate a strict Recruitment Procedure in line with Equal Opportunies legislation and have a varied representation of staff from all ages, sex, ethnicity and disabled people.

25 days annual leave entitlement per annum (for full-time hours) & 8 Bank Holidays
