STAFF at the CHARITY SHOP

Tracey Marlow is one of the Managers at the Headway charity shop in Great Barr.  Tracey firstly worked at the shop for many years as a volunteer and jumped at the chance to work for Headway when the Manager post became available. She dedicates a lot or her time to the shop and even volunteers on her day off!

Joan Caine is our other Manager at the Shop. Like Tracey Joan also came to us as a volunteer, and we are now pleased to have her as a shop Manager.  She also works extra time at the shop voluntary.

Together they make a great team and work hard to ensure the shop has a great stock. They also provide the support to the fabulous team of volunteers who work with them in the shop, and without whose help we could not operate.
