Sue
Tyler is Chief Executive
of Headway West Midlands and has worked within the organisation
for 20years. Her role to is ensure ensure good governance and managmeent of the organisation
and develop the work of Headway further.
Sue has found Headway to be totally adictive and has enjoyed
seeing it grow over the years.

Sally Carrier is the Personnel Administrator at Headway. She is responsible for all areas of personnel monitoring and staff events. She organises the recruitment of new staff and volunteers. She ensures that all staff receive annual training, and assists where required administratively.

Richard Brooks is our Office
Assistant. He started at Headway many years ago as a
brain injured client, moved on to being a volunteer and for
many years now has worked in the offices. Richard
looks after many of the day to day admin such as large mailing,
updating handbooks, photocopying and printing, laminating,
typing documents to covering the reception. He is a
credit to himself and Headway.

Alison Caines has joined Headway as an apprentice Personnel Assistant to assist Sally in many of the areas in the Personnel Department.

Frank Hirons is Headway Maintenance. Frank is responsible for our own building and grounds at Leighton
House Frank maintains the gardens, general maintenance
and odd jobs.

STAFF at the CHARITY SHOP
Tracey Marlow is one of the Managers at the Headway charity shop in Great Barr. Tracey firstly worked at the shop for many years as a volunteer and jumped at the chance to work for Headway when the Manager post became available. She dedicates a lot or her time to the shop and even volunteers on her day off!

Joan Caine is our other Manager at the Shop. Like Tracey Joan also came to us as a volunteer, and we are now pleased to have her as a shop Manager. She also works extra time at the shop voluntary.

| Together they make a great team and work hard to ensure the shop has a great stock. They also provide the support to the fabulous team of volunteers who work with them in the shop, and without whose help we could not operate. |
